STEP 1
- GET STARTED -
At Fleethive, we offer several service options for your convenience. Before submitting your application, please make sure all required documents are complete and accurate.
While we are not a state processing facility, we act as a carrier support agency. Our team will assist you with completing all paperwork and coordinate the processing of your plates through an authorized processing facility.

STEP 2
- PROCESSING TIME -
At Fleethive, we offer several service options for your convenience. Before submitting your application, please make sure all required documents are complete and accurate.

For applications that include the issuance of a new license plate, clients may choose to pick up their plates in person at our Orlando office or have them shipped via USPS for an additional fee of $25 per plate.

If you’re unable to visit our office, you may submit all required documents to us by email. Simply scan all documents and send them in PDF format.
If you would like to request expedited processing, please indicate this in your email or clearly note it on your application.

Standard Processing: 5–10 business days
Expedited Processing: 1–4 business days
Processing times reflect when your invoice will be issued and do not include payment processing or shipping time.

STEP 3
- PAY YOUR INVOICE -
Once your application has been completed, an invoice will be issued to you and sent via email with a payment link.
For applications that include the issuance of a new license plate, clients may choose to pick up their plates in person at our Orlando office or have them shipped via USPS for an additional fee of $25 per plate.
If your request is for a new Cab Card only, the updated Cab Card will be emailed to you.
