  • We do not control processing times or approval decisions

  • We are not responsible for government delays, rejections, or regulatory changes

6. Payments & Fees

All service fees must be paid as outlined at checkout or in your invoice.

  • Government filing fees are separate unless explicitly stated.

  • Expedited services may include additional fees.

  • Certain services may be non-refundable once filing has begun.

Payment processors such as Stripe or PayPal handle transactions securely. Fleethive does not store full credit card details.

7. Course Enrollment & Refund Policy

Online Course Refund Policy:

Fleethive offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for online course purchases unless otherwise stated.

Refund eligibility:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Excessive course access or downloads may void refund eligibility.

In-person course deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Fleethive shall not be liable for:

  • Business losses

  • Lost profits

  • Government penalties

  • Insurance rate increases

  • Operational delays

  • Indirect or consequential damages
